When will Two Cents Mail Club ship each month?

Mail is shipped out by the first week of the following month. Subscribe by the 28th to receive that month's envelope. Subscriptions made after the 28th will begin with the next month's edition. For example, if you subscribe during 1st-28th of Aug, your will receive Aug Edition, which will be shipped out early Sep. Subscribe on 29th-31st, you will receive Sep edition as your first mail, which will be shipped out by early Oct.

When will my mail arrive?

International 7-21 business days, Hong Kong 2-5 business days, might be slower during peak holiday season. Thanks for your patience! If you haven't received it within 28 days of the official shipping date, please connect with twocentsmailclub@gmail.com. 

How do i track my order?

To keep membership affordable, Mail Club orders are shipped with Hong Kong local postage stamps and do not include tracking information. 

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Yes! You will be charged on the day you sign up. For future months, payment will recur on the same day as your initial order. 

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can always cancel. You can cancel your subscription and make adjustments to your information in the customer portal. Please note, you need to cancel before your next automatic billing, or else you will be charged again. Unfortunately, there is no refunds/returns on this product, but you can always cancel your subscription for future months. 

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can update and make adjustments to your information in the customer portal. Please be sure to make changes before your monthly automatic charge date, or else it will not be updated in the next order!
